Food Truck
The Green Zebra Truck is a 1990 Ford E-350 step van.   It has served several functions throughout its life but the most interesting is that it was a S.W.A.T. truck somewhere in Alabama, earning its current nickname "Sarge".  We acquired it in early 2012 in Tampa Bay, Florida where it was being used as a food truck to sell mostly hamburgers.  After an arduous two day drive from Florida in January, we began overhauling the majority of the interior as well as getting some necessary mechanical work done.  The final steps of painting the truck and applying the graphics were completed in early April.

The truck is equipped for almost any occasion.  The cooking equipment on the truck consists of a six burner Vulcan range with two ovens, a flat top grill and a broiler and there is a fryer both under a six foot hood with an Ansul system.  There are three refrigeration units; a 27in salad prep cooler, a 72in salad prep cooler and a pop cooler.  Also on the truck is a small freezer, a three compartment sink, a hand sink and several storage units.
